Good job well done again. Watch for a report of all those efforts soon. The quilt drawing as won by Bill Meyer.

Also:  Basket Raffle!
We would like to make the raffle open to more people and sell the $1 chances today for the baskets of your choice.  We will be selling the tickets at the back of the sanctuary.  The drawing will take place at 2 pm on July 17th and the winners will be called; you don’t need to be present to win.                                    -Donna & Mary Jo

                            * * * * * * * * * *

        If it’s in Your Way, Give it Away!
Just a reminder, a few days from now,
the Bazaar will happen, as always, somehow.
So bring in your trinkets, we still need a lot;
we even saved you a very nice spot!

We’ll take anything you’re willing to give,
a vase, a statue, a pillow or two,
needles and pins, holiday trims,
Even that ugly ___? Aunt Bertha gave you.

So, check your jewelry box,
Look in the junque drawer,
be sure to look everywhere,
there’s bound to be more.

A mug, a jug, a basket will do;
Potholders, cheese graters, biscuit
tins, too.

We need the stuff,
You need the space;
so bring in your treasures.
Quick!  Hurry!  Make haste!
